Stay Active During Pregnancy With a Plan Built Around You

Pregnancy can change your body, your energy levels, your routine, and the way you approach training. If you want to stay active and maintain your fitness during pregnancy, I'll create a personalized training plan based on your current fitness level, lifestyle, and stage of pregnancy. We'll work together to help you stay active, maintain your strength and fitness, and move comfortably while adapting your training as your pregnancy progresses.

Your Body Is Changing. Your Training Should Adapt With It.

Pregnancy comes with many physical changes, and the way you train may need to change along with them. You may notice differences in your energy, balance, movement, comfort, and ability to perform certain exercises. That's completely normal.

The goal isn't to force your body to train the way it did before pregnancy. It's about adapting your training to your current stage, abilities, and needs.

Your plan can focus on helping you:

  • Stay physically active
  • Maintain an appropriate level of fitness
  • Maintain strength as much as possible
  • Keep movement as part of your routine
  • Adapt exercises as your pregnancy progresses
  • Build sustainable habits you can maintain

Do You Have to Stop Exercising During Pregnancy?

Not necessarily. For many women, physical activity can remain part of their routine during pregnancy, but every pregnancy is different, and not every exercise or training approach is appropriate for everyone.

If your doctor or healthcare provider has confirmed that physical activity is appropriate for you, we can build your training around your current condition, fitness level, and stage of pregnancy.

Your program isn't about pushing through every workout. Some days you may have more energy, while other days you may need to reduce the intensity or modify certain exercises.

Your training should work with your body—not against it. If you have a medical condition, pregnancy complication, or have been advised to restrict activity, your healthcare provider's recommendations should always come first.

You Don't Have to Stop Being Active. You May Just Need to Train Differently.

Pregnancy doesn't necessarily mean giving up your fitness routine. It may simply mean changing the way you train and adapting your expectations as your body changes.

Staying Fit During Pregnancy Doesn't Mean Your Body Has to Stay the Same

Pregnancy naturally changes your body. The goal isn't to prevent those changes or try to keep your body exactly as it was before pregnancy.

It's about continuing to care for your body, staying active when appropriate, and maintaining your strength and fitness in a way that supports your current stage of life. Training isn't about fighting the changes of pregnancy. It's about adapting to them.

Why Work With Coach Fathi?

My journey started with a genuine passion for movement, fitness, and helping people improve their quality of life

I began my professional career as a mechanical engineer before deciding to dedicate myself fully to studying strength training, sports nutrition, movement correction, and exercise therapy.

Today, I have more than eight years of coaching experience, combining scientific knowledge with practical coaching to create personalized training plans around each client's goals, lifestyle, and current situation.

For women going through pregnancy, I believe training should be approached with flexibility and individual consideration—not with a one-size-fits-all program.

And for Arabic-speaking women living abroad, I provide the added benefit of being able to communicate and coach in Arabic throughout the journey.
